In addition to the information desk in the airport building, there are also two information desks in each terminal after security. They are near to Gates 5 and 8 in Terminal 1, and Gate 11 and Corridor DE in Terminal 2.

From Chengdu city centre, head west on G4201, join S6 Chengdu Airport Expressway and follow the airport sign. The journey takes about 30 minutes when there is no traffic.
Transfer between terminals:
There is a free shuttle service connecting Gate 8 of Terminal 1 and Gate 9 of Terminal 2.

Public Transport
Public transport road:
Coach: There are several buses that connect the airport to various places in Chengdu. For example, bus No 2 takes you to the North Railway Station and Tianfu Square, while bus No 3 runs between the airport and East and South Railway Stations.
Taxi: Taxis (tel: +86 28 962999) are abundant; they are outside Gate 2 in Terminal 1 and outside Gates 4 and 5 in Terminal 2.
Public transport rail:
Metro line 10 connects the airport and city centre. There are two entrances; one is outside Exit 01 in Terminal 1, another is on level B2 of Terminal 2.
There is also an intercity high-speed rail connecting the airport and neighbouring cities. The entrance to the intercity high-speed rail is on level B2 of Terminal 2. As there are frequent changes to the operating time, please call the hotline (Tel: 12306) in advance.

Money:
There are two currency exchange counters and several ATMs in each terminal respectively.
Food:
From international fast-food outlets (McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, Subway) to cafes serving local cuisine, there is no shortage of food in both terminals.
Shopping:
A myriad of shops, from international fashion chains to Chinese medicine halls, operate in both terminals. Most shops congregate on level 3 in Terminal 2, and on level 2 in Terminal 1.
Luggage:
Left-luggage facilities are available in the departures hall, between Gates 6 and 7, in Terminal 1, as well as behind check-in counters N and P respectively.
Other:
There is a lost and found counter and medical services in both terminals.

Conference and business:
There is a business facility in the departures hall offering basic photocopying and faxing services.
Communication Facilities:
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available.
Disabled facilities:
Free wheelchair service, riding in a battery-powered golf-cart type vehicle, and special barrier-free access are available for passengers with reduced mobility.

Car parking:
There are over 3,000 parking spaces in its two parking garages; one is outside Terminal 1 and another outside Terminal 2. The fee is RMB 4 after the first 30 minutes. Large vehicles are charged more.
