Public Transport
Public transport road:
Bus: Société de Transport de Montréal (tel: +1 514 786 4636; www.stm.info) runs a 24-hour express service (bus 747) between Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport and central Montreal (journey time: 35 minutes). Tickets can be purchased at the ICE currency exchange counter in International Arrivals. In addition, STM bus 204 operates between the airport and the Dorval transport terminus (journey time: 10 minutes).
Shuttle: Shuttle services are available to destinations further afield, including Quebec City, Ottawa, and all across Canada, from Orléans Express (tel: +1 800 999 3977; www.orleansexpress.com), Greyhound (tel: +1 800 661 8747; www.greyhound.ca) and Aeroshuttle (tel: +1 855 628 3883; www.aeronavette.ca).
Taxi: Taxis and limousines (tel: +1 514 394 7377) are readily available outside the terminal, on the arrivals level.
Public transport rail:
Rail: A free minibus service links the airport with Dorval station, 2km (1.2 miles) away. From here, VIA Rail (tel: +1 888 842 7245; www.viarail.ca) operates services along the Ottawa-Montréal, Québec City-Montréal and Toronto-Montréal routes.

Money:
ATMs and bureaux de change are positioned throughout the terminal, including one that dispenses Euros and another US dollars.
Food:
A good range of bars, restaurants and cafés is available in the main departure and arrival halls, while there are also options near the gates. These include well-known international coffee and fast-food chains, as well as local bars and eateries.
Shopping:
Duty-free outlets and specialist shops can be found on the departures level and in the departure concourses. Among the options are retailers selling gifts and souvenirs, confectioners and electronics shops. Newsagents are located in all areas of the terminal.
Luggage:
There are no left-luggage lockers at Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, but a cloakroom (tel: +1 514 633 2076) is located in the arrivals area. The lost and found office (tel: +1 514 633 2076) is also located in this part of the terminal. If an item has been lost on the airplane, the airline in question should be contacted. Luggage trolleys are available free of charge and porters (tel: +1 514 212 4944) are also on hand to assist.
Other:
Other facilities at Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport include a multifaith prayer room, video games for children, baby feeding rooms and shoeshine booths. The airport patrol staff are trained in first aid and can be reached by pressing the emergency button on all public phones in the terminal.

Conference and business:
There are no conference facilities within the airport terminal, although there are VIP lounges equipped with fax machines and computers, including the TD First Class Lounge in the international departures area.
Extensive meeting and events facilities are available at the Marriott Montreal Airport (tel: +1 514 636 6700; www.marriott.com), which is attached to the US Departures section of the terminal, and at a number of other nearby hotels.
Communication Facilities:
Free wireless internet access is available throughout Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, and access is also offered at several internet kiosks. Public telephones can be found at various points and postboxes are also available in the terminal - stamps can be purchased from Maison de la Presse newsstands.
Disabled facilities:
Lifts connect all levels of the airport and wheelchairs are available for hire. Text telephones for the hearing-impaired are available throughout the terminal. Passengers requiring special assistance should contact their airline in advance.
Parking for disabled travellers is provided in the short-term parking lots. Disabled drivers who require long-term parking can park in the Multi-Level parking area at economy rates (although the full price must be paid upon exiting, whereupon the driver will then be reimbursed the difference). Please note: The shuttle bus from the EconoParc area is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Car parking:
There are short- and long-term parking facilities at Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport. The AeroParc and EconoParc areas offer long-term rates, both with free 24-hr shuttles, around 14-16 minute journey time. There are also three car parks within a short walk from the terminal: ValetParc right in front (tel: +1 514 633 3440); Short-term, about 3-4 minutes walk; and Multi-Level parking, some 5-6 minutes walk. Additionally, HotelPark houses 250 heated spaces beneath the Marriott Hotel.
Car rental:
Car hire providers Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty have offices on the ground level of the ExpressPark multistorey car park.
