There is a staffed tourist information centre (tel: +1 907 266 2860) on level 1 of concourse C in the South Terminal (open 0900-1600, seven days a week), as well as an additional kiosk in the baggage reclaim area of concourse A. The visitor information centre in the North Terminal (tel: +1 907 266 2657) can be found in the lobby and is open in accordance with flights.

Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is clearly signposted from the city centre. From central Anchorage, take 5th Avenue westwards, turn south onto L Street (which becomes Minnesota Drive) and then turn right onto the westbound International Airport Road.
Transfer between terminals:
A free shuttle bus runs at 15 minute intervals between the South Terminal and the car hire area. Transfers from the North Terminal are available upon request via a telephone line located at the SE exit. Public transport road:
Bus:The Municipality of Anchorage People Mover (tel: +1 907 343 6543; www.muni.org) runs between Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, central Anchorage and the Dimond Center. The journey time to central Anchorage is approximately 20 minutes and the fare is US$2.00.
Shuttle:A door-to-door shared-ride shuttle service is offered by Eagle River Shuttle (tel: +1 907 688 8888; www.alaskashuttle.net) and Seeward Bus Line (tel: +1 888 420 7788; www.sewardbuslines.net) among other operators.
Taxi:Taxis are available at each terminal, operated by Alaska Yellow Cab (tel: +1 907 222 2222) and Checker Cab (tel: +1 907 276 1234). At the South Terminal, the taxi stand is accessed via the underground transportation lobby or via the sidewalk outside baggage reclaim. At the North Terminal the taxi stand is located directly outside the arrivals hall. The journey time to central Anchorage is approximately 15 minutes and the fare is around US$25.

Rail:There is a railway station at the airport, but this is open just during the summer months and serves cruise ship passengers only.

ATMs are available within the terminals. Please note there is no currency exchange facility at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
Food:
In the South Terminal, restaurants such as Silver Gulch, Norton Sound Seafood and Humpy's offer visitors a taste of Alaska. There are also various fast food outlets and bars to choose from. Dining options are limited to a sandwich shop in the North Terminal.
Shopping:
Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport offers an array of locally branded retail shopping venues, the majority of which are located in the South Terminal. There is a duty-free shop airside in the North Terminal.
Luggage:
The lost and found office (tel: +1 907 266 2623) is located in the public area between the security checkpoint in concourses B and C and the Norton Sound Seafood House. Left luggage and shipping services are offered by two providers in the South Terminal (tel: +1 907 248 0373 and +1 907 644 8256).
Other:
There is a men's hairdresser in the South Terminal and galleries showcasing native Alaskan art in concourse C and in the concourse leading to the car hire centre. A spa in the South Terminal offers tanning, massages, hair treatments, manicures and pedicures.

There are limited conference and meeting facilities (tel: +1 907 266 2526) at Ted Stevens Anchorage Airport. However, the nearby Millennium Alaskan Hotel (tel: +1 907 243 2300; www.millenniumhotels.com) has numerous meeting and function rooms, audiovisual equipment, and fax and photocopying facilities.
