Public transport road:
Bus:Express bus services (tel: +39 800 955 957; www.aptgorizia.it) operate regularly from the airport, with coach service 51 running between the airport and Trieste coach station (journey time: 30-35 minutes; fare: €4.05). The same company also runs buses from the airport to Udine (€4.75), Gorizia (€3.30), Monfalcone (€1.25) and Grado (€3.30), while connections to Slovenian and Croatian destinations operate from Trieste coach station.
Taxi:Cabs (tel: +39 0481 778 000; www.taxiaeroportofvg.it) are readily available outside the terminal (journey time: 20-25 minutes; fare: €60).

There is a bank with an ATM service located near the main airport entrance.
Food:
There are a restaurant and a bar on the (publicly accessible) top floor of the terminal. Snack and drinks vending machines are situated both pre- and post security.
Shopping:
Duty-free shopping is available in Departures, offering the usual range of items along with local specialities and souvenirs. Additionally, a large newsagents is located in the check-in hall.
Luggage:
There are no left luggage facilities at the airport, but free trolleys are provided. A lost and found service is available at the airport (tel: +39 0481 778 050).

Other available facilities at Trieste Airport include baby-care rooms, access to which should be arranged via the Information Desk.

Conference and business:
There are no meeting facilities at the airport; however there is a VIP lounge in Departures. The nearby Hotel Furlan (tel: +39 0481 776 286; www.hotelfurlan.com) has a multifunctional hall capable of accommodating up to 180 people.
Communication Facilities:
Paid-for Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the passenger terminal (the first 20 minutes are free of charge). Additionally, there is a post office and public telephones within the terminal available to all passengers.
Disabled facilities:
The airport is fully accessible to disabled passengers, with designated disabled parking spaces located close to the terminal and lifts for easy transfer between floors. Passengers who may require additional assistance are advised to contact their airline before travelling.
Car parking:
Short-term parking is available in car park P3 immediately outside the terminal. While P2, a little further away is a mixture of both short- and long-term spaces. The cheapest long-term option is P1, which is close to the main access road. A free stay of up to 15 minutes is available in front of the terminal for drivers collecting or dropping off passengers. Car rental:
International car rental companies Avis, Europcar, Enterprise, Hertz and Sixt are represented at the airport, along with several local operators. Desks are situated in the public Arrivals area of the terminal.
